The item is a sterling silver Virgen de Fatima oval pendant with a 18 inch or 45.72 centimeters long silver curb chain. The chain will have a lobster claw catch. The medal says Virgin De Fatima Ruega Por Nosotros. The back is plain. We can engrave the back at no charge for you. The medal measures 1 inch tall and 3/4 inches wide or 2.54 x 1.905 centimeters.
